*Note that online scheduling for at-home phlebotomy is reserved for patients requesting labs ordered by either Jessica Krol, FNP, DipACLM or an outside provider ordering through Rupa Health.

Jessica Krol, FNP of Lifestyle Medicine Maine offers at-home phlebotomy for clients residing within 30 minutes of Portland, Maine. All lab visits are scheduled in advance. Jessica Krol, FNP has an extensive background performing phlebotomy, with over 10 years of experience drawing blood and placing IV's. For your comfort, we only use small gauge butterfly needles (23g).

Pricing for clients requesting at-home phlebotomy (ordered through Rupa Health) is available at a price of $320/person per visit. Call today to discuss lab orders or requests from outside provider ordering through Rupa Health. If we have already spoken by phone, feel free to schedule an at-home phlebotomy appointment (as above).

Note: Due to lab restrictions, at-home phlebotomy can only be scheduled on Monday and Wednesday before 2pm.
