1 Carrot (medium, peeled and chopped)
1/2 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Liquid Aminos
2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Red Onion (finely chopped)
1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (grated)
Recipe Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for about a minute, gradually increasing the speed until very smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
