Fresh Fruit Dressing

Servings 6 | Calories per serving 100 - 150

Ingredients

1 cup of Fresh Fruit or Berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberry, cherry, lemon, etc)

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar (balsamic, apple cider or rice vinegar)

1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (maple syrup or sugar)

1/2 teaspoon salt



Recipe Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container or jar and keep refrigerated until ready to use. Enjoy!
