Ingredients
1 Lemon, just the juice
1/4 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Water
1 clove of Garlic, minced or grated (optional -- we could also substitute this for a teaspoon of garlic granules)
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
1/4 teaspoon Iodized Salt
Recipe Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar, close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
