Title: Simple Sumac Dressing


Burmese Lentil or Chickpea Tofu

Servings 8 | Calories per serving 90 (about 2 tablespoons)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)

  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Sumac

  • Sea Salt (just a pinch of iodized salt)


Recipe Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Close the lid and shake until well combined. Enjoy on top of a grain bowl, beans, salad or vegetables.
