1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Ground Sumac
Sea Salt (just a pinch of iodized salt)
Recipe Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Close the lid and shake until well combined. Enjoy on top of a grain bowl, beans, salad or vegetables.
