Ingredients
2 slices 100% Whole Grain Bread
1/4 Ripe Avocado
76 grams Bacon Flavored Tempeh
1/2 Large Tomato (sliced)
1/2 cup Arugula
1/2 Lemon (just the juice)
1 teaspoon of Onion and Garlic Granules (salt free) to taste
Recipe Instructions
Place the 2 slices of bread in the toaster.
While the bread is toasting, take 1/4 of an avocado and mush it with a fork on your cutting board. Squeeze in half a lemon +/- onion and garlic granules (to make guacamole).
Spread the avocado mixture on both pieces of toast. Add slices of tomato and fresh leafy greens
