Weight Loss
Together, we have lost a total of 220.32 lbs since the practice opened in January of 2024. The average weight loss for our Weight Loss and Wellness Program is 12.96 lbs in 12 weeks (about 1 lb per week). Weight loss ranges from 0 lbs to nearly 70 lbs, which strongly depends on starting weight and the intensity of dietary transition pursued by each individual. Note that not all participants are seeking weight loss as some enter the program with an ideal BMI between 20-22 (where weight loss is not indicated). Read more about the optimal diet for health and weight loss here.
2
Apo B (or LDL Cholesterol)
The average drop in LDL/ApoB is 10.3 points, although this ranges significantly from person to person. Our most impressive drop in LDL/ApoB is 71 points. The majority of our participants are able to maintain an ApoB below 100 mg/dl. We see the most rapid decline in LDL/ApoB in participants who are closest to a normal BMI range, while those of us with more weight to lose, see a slower, steady decline with weight loss and dietary changes. Read more about lowering cholesterol naturally with foods here.
3
Blood Pressure
Most participants begin the program at normal or elevated blood pressures +/- blood pressure medication. We see a significant improvement in blood pressure in as little as 6-12 weeks.
4
High-sensitivity CRP
High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein, aka hs-CRP or Cardio-CRP is a marker of systemic inflammation. An ideal hs-CRP is below 1.0 mg/L. We see a significant improvement in hs-CRP with diet, lifestyle changes, and weight loss. Our average drop in hs-CRP is 4.43 mg/L. The majority of our participants are able to optimize their hs-CRP. Read more about hs-CRP here.

Insulin Resistance
Insulin resistance is the underlying cause of Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes. While every body is different and reversal of insulin resistance varies, those living with Pre-diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes for less than 5 years, 86% of participants have normalized their A1c's (less than 5.7%) without glucose lowering medication in as little as 6-12 weeks. We are awaiting additional results from the conclusion of Session 03.

*We do not yet have results on people living with Type 2 Diabetes but will report on this once more data is available.
