Initial Appointment
This is your first appointment as a member. Let's assess your current state of health and health goals. We'll review your medical history, current medications and dieting history. Together, we'll come up with a plan.
Schedule this as an online video appointment or as an appointment in-person at the clinic.

Accountability
Consistency over time leads to results. We'll focus on specific, measurable weekly goals that you can build upon. Using Apps with daily modules and tracking between visits, we can accelerate how quickly you see results.

Prescribing*
There are plenty of weight loss medications on the market that can help accelerate weight loss results. We can certainly explore these options and determine if this is appropriate for you. Just let me know! Learn more about our options here.

*Prescription medication is only available for Maine State residents and requires attendance of in-person an office visit every 3 months.

The Program
All clients gain access to Program Apps to track success along with daily modules and the option of weekly visits to accelerate implementation of therapeutic lifestyle changes. We'll chat in between visits by HIPPA secure messenger to troubleshoot, especially as we are first getting started -- I'm here for you! We'll set a goal and get started making it a reality.

Lab Testing
Seeing results leads to improved motivation to put in the work -- I get that! We'll discuss monitoring labs and metrics that can be used to rule out underlying conditions that could stop you from losing weight. Labs are completed in the clinic or you have the option to schedule at-home phlebotomy (additional fees apply for at-home phlebotomy, learn more). Additional phlebotomy options are also available through Rupa Health (learn more).

I am not promising a quick fix or a magic pill. I do promise that making therapeutic lifestyle changes will improve your health and underlying risk factors. My goal is for you to succeed on your weight loss journey. It brings me overwhelming joy to see you succeed.
